Ok, so I’ve been VERY bad at updating my blog. Sorry about that. I’m going to try to do better.

This installment is the first of what I hope will be many updates over the next week. I’ve just left OKC on a trip that will take me to New York City and Orlando, Florida. NYC is purely for fun, while my trip to Orlando is for work.

As I type this, I’m onboard my Delta flight from OKC to my layover in Minneapolis.

From there, I’ll hop to LaGuardia in NYC, then find my way to my hotel in Englewood, New Jersey. If all goes to plan, I should be unpacking by 4pm Eastern.

The forecast isn’t looking great, so I will likely stay close to the hotel tonight. Saturday morning, though, I plan to head into Manhattan early, and see a few sights before my first big event: a matinée of Otello at the Metropolitan Opera. That will then be followed by more sightseeing on my way to venue #2: Phantom of the Opera on Broadway.
